CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you so much for choosing Lashed By Lorena! In order to respect the time of all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following appointment policy before booking. Booking & Deposits     •    A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to book all appointments.     •    Deposits go toward your service total.     •    Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling     •    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.     •    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.     •    If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ Late Policy     •    Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.     •    A 10-minute grace period is allowed.     •    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or adjusted to what can be completed in the remaining time.     •    If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ No-Shows A “no-show” includes:     •    Not showing up for your appointment     •    Arriving too late to complete the service     •    Canceling within the time window without communication No-shows will:     •    Forfeit the deposit     •    Require full payment up front to book again     •    May result in being unable to book future appointments ⸻ Same Day Appointments Same-day appointments are final and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ Emergencies I understand that life happens. True emergencies will be handled with grace at my discretion. Communication is key — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above.
